Atlassian's Jira Service Desk - Eliminate and add columns in queues

Hi, I would like to delete the column “Time to resolution” and add others like the creator.

Hi, you can check this information in Atlassian’s documentation.

You pick your desired queue and click on the top right on “Edit queue”:

Here, under “Columns” you can eliminate “Time to resolution” and under “More” you can add any other, like “Creator”.
