I am looking at https://info.seibert-media.net/display/DOC/Collective+Issue+View+for+Service+Desk+-+Documentation+1.0 and wonder if this would be the right add-on for my company.
I would like somehow to display the groups a reporter is a member of on the create screen.
Our service desk receives 100% of tickets over the phone at the moment, so as an agent I want:
1. Create a ticket.
2. Change the reporter to the customer that I have on the phone.
3. On this create screen see the groups that the customer (reporter) is a member of.
