Confluence - Can I lock a file if a user is editing it to not overwrite changes?

Hello, I am reading your documentation on the Office Connector Plugin for Confluence, Anmelden - and was wondering if there is a “locking” of a file if a user is already editing it to not overwrite changes?

Yes, it’s possible with an add-on.

Here is a German page from us: https://infos.seibert-media.net/display/Productivity/Arsenale+Systems+-+Confluence-+und+JIRA-Plugins

This is the official page of the creator: Lockpoint Acquisition - Arsenale

Additionally, Confluence enables you to reproduce the alterations of every single page by opening the page, clicking on the three buttons at the right top and selecting Page History. You can change the page to the previous versions. This is just an option if a user changed the page already, so you can easily track back the alterations.

Thanks for that extra info.
