Confluence - How to create a page?

How do I create a page in Confluence?

You can create pages from anywhere in Confluence. To quickly create a blank page, click the “Create” button in the Confluence menu. You’ll immediately see an empty page in edit mode and can begin to enter a page title, text, and other content.

You can click on “Preview” to see how the page will look after you save it. When you click on “Edit,” you can continue editing the page. You can close your page and save it as a draft. Click on “Save” to see your newly created page in view mode.

When you click on the three dots near the “Create” button, you can choose from many practical templates or Blueprints, with which to format your page.

You can watch Video #3 of our video tutorial series “Learn Atlassian Confluence” to see exactly how to create a page.

Please note that you need the “Add pages” permissions in the space you are trying to create a new page in. If you don’t have it, please ask your Space admin to grant you that permission.
