Confluence - how to insert a contact form into a Confluence page?

We are using Confluence and would like to direct our customers to our new online help section when they click on a “?”. We don’t want to invest in Jira Service Desk yet but would like to find a quick and painless solution for our clients or potential clients to contact us by email.

How do you create those forms on your pages, like this one “Contact us”?

I searched in the macros but could not find anything like that. Thanks!

On our pages we are using simple HTML-forms. We use, for example, Wufoo forms. which you can style and embed easily into all webpages.

In order to show those forms on your Confluence page, you need to include the snippet in the HTML-macro. In the Confluence standard however, this macro is deactivated. How to activate and use it, you can check on this page of Atlassian’s documentation.
