App providers can issue promotion codes for their products in Confluence Cloud. Possible use cases are for example:
- We are extending the trial period if you could not test draw.io extensively enough within the 30 days.
- We are providing free subscriptions for Atlassian partners and other Atlassian app vendors.
In this case, contact sales@draw.io to request a promotion code. You will then receive a letter combination from us. You can activate this via the following path in Confluence:
- Switch to Confluence Settings.
- Scroll down the left menu column to the category Atlassian Marketplace.
- Select the Promotions menu item, click the Apply promotion codes button and enter the letter combination you received from us. Click Check and then click Apply promotion code.
