Hi there. Do you plan to enable your ICS - Issue Calendar Sync for Jira plugin for Cloud environment? We use Jira Service Desk on a Cloud environment and we are looking into ways of integration of our Jira data into Outlook so we can manage and plan work on issues in a more visual way. Right now we do this manually but looks like your plugin do this task automatically, but only for server instances. Thank you in advance.
The support of the cloud versions in our ICS add-on is currently not planned. I am sorry about that.
