Jira - what is the issue navigator and how does it work?

How does the issue navigator work in Jira?

Click on “Issues” and then either on “Current Search” or on “Search for Issues”, and you’ll see the issue navigator, which lets you quickly and easily navigate through issues.

If you see the list view, that means you may have searched for an issue via a filter, or using the standard search, quick search or advanced search function.

You can quickly switch between the list view and the detail view.

Click on the 'Change view" icon next to the filter criteria, then click on “Detail View”.

Now you can see the details of a selected issue.

The issue navigator has a wide range of other elements and options that we’ll show you in future videos.
