Hi, we are using your JIRA Agile 6.4 license. I read somewhere that support was or will be stopped for that version, is that correct? Thanks.
You are still on time. Atlassian will stop support for that version on March 17, 2017. We recommend the update to the new version JIRA Software 7.2 (which includes JIRA Agile).
