We have branches of our organization in Europe, Asia and the US. Can you personalize the news in Linchpin Enterprise News? Can you explain to me how that works, please?
The Linchpin Intranet Suite lets you personalize where news articles are displayed and which users or groups of users see them. Using passive personalization, news articles can be tagged with a location and only users with that location in their user profile will see that article. For example, if a regional branch is celebrating an anniversary, information about the event can be distributed without having other locations being distracted by it. Linchpin offers as much or as little granularity as you want. News articles can be tagged with many different values to limit or target their broadcast, such as continent, country, city, branch, etc.
