We are interested in using draw.io in our Confluence Cloud instance.
I can’t seem to find any information on the installation – does it entail any downtime for users while installation is going on? Can we do the installation directly on a production environment?
There’s no downtime, Atlassian just links up to the add-on behind the
scenes in about 10-15 seconds, absolutely safe on a production
environment.
