Confluence - can I hide the multimedia macro but still play music?

I would like to hide the multimedia macro in the view mode of a page but still want the music to be played. Is that somehow possible?

Do you have any HTML skills? I can imagine that this can be easily achieved with the HTML macro by injection of HTML or Java-Script code.

Please be aware, that the macro needs to be activated by an admin first before you can see it in your list of macros.
