Hi,

my coworkers can copy a page, I can’t. Do I need a special permission to do so? Thanks.

Hi

You’ll need the “Add Pages” permission for this which your space admin can grant you. You can copy a page to the same or another space.

In view mode, click on the three gray dots in the page menu, then click “Copy.”

You’ll see the Copy page dialog where you can select where you want to save your copied page. Search for the name of the space and if necessary, the parent page and click Copy.

Confluence opens the copy of the page in edit mode, called Copy of the original page’s title. Simply type in a new title and click “Publish”.

When copying pages within a space, you must give the page a new title: All pages within one space must have unique titles.
