Confluence - plugins to create custom templates?

Hi, we are deploying a Confluence instance for our team of ~20 members. I am checking software requirments to make a proper setup.

Also, as you are also a provider of plugins, I’d like to know If you have a plugin or a method to do the following: more precise for creating custom templates. Is there a plugin that lets you create custom templates for processes and later classifying the subchapters of all the pages created by this template. Maybe some custom blueprints or similar that can function.
