Right now we are using a 10 user Confluence license and want to upgrade to 25 users. We would like to purchase draw.io. Is it possible to purchase a 10 user draw.io license? Only 2 users would work with diagrams and draw.io.

host application. For example, if you have a Confluence Server license
for 25 users, you should purchase the 25-user tier for add-ons. Even if
fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license,
the two licenses should match exactly.
