Lucidchart migration on Confluence Server to Gliffy

Hi,

I’m testing out the Gliffy mass importer from lucidcharts on my Confluence server, but running into problems.

Main problem is most of the lucid diagrams are not processed and it’s not clear what the issue is.

Secondly, virtually none of the diagrams converted look correct in gliffy. Text is displayed wrongly, lines are in random places and shapes in lucid are converted wrongly to gliffy shapes.

Does anyone have experience of tuning this process, or know of any howtos that could help me?

Many thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, we’re the vendor for draw.io, not Gliffy. We have looked at the Lucidchart mass importer, but our results were similar, we couldn’t achieve a conversion that could be used in a production system.

But, for fairness to Gliffy, we’re not Gliffy experts and the best place to ask is Gliffy support.

If you have any questions relating to our Lucidchart importer, we’re happy to help with those.
