We will soon be migrating from Jira datacenter (DC) to the cloud. Over time we’ve built a pretty substantial number of issue templates and we’d hate to see those lost. Any hope for a solution?
Certainly a concern, but as the saying goes “where there’s a will, there’s a way”. There is an all that will let you migrate templates but then of course going forward, set up new ones. Check out the Templating.app (formerly Easy Issues & Subtasks).
