B.Braun is a pharmaceutical and medical supplier with over 50,000 employees across the globe. B.Braun wanted to apply their motto “Sharing Expertise” to their intranet. With the creation of the B.Braun Knowledge Center (BKC), they moved from an editorial system to a collaboration system. With so many offices around the world, the Linchpin Intranet Suite allowed users to collaborate between teams with ease. With user profiles, the BKC allows users to search for experts company wide. The custom mobile theme brings BKC with users on the go. Using a tablet or smartphone, users have access to their personalized news and activity streams.
