What are some strategies to improve hybrid working?

For the past two years my company has been entirely online. Now, over the past 6 months, we are merging into hybrid working as many colleagues have returned to working in person. This is an interesting dynamic and because it is our norm now, I want to know which strategies/tools do you recommend to improve hybrid working?

Hi there! There are many tools that can be used in hybrid working, a few include Google Meet and Google Calendar. These tools and (many more) are useful in different scenarios such as in one-to-one or small group meetings.
